1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and store it securely via Supabase. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

We also store your game activity (rounds played, scores, streaks) to track your progress across sessions.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to operate and improve CandleDojo - to authenticate you, save your progress, display your stats, understand product usage, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-party services

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting, and product analytics tools such as PostHog when analytics is enabled. These providers process data only to help us operate, secure, and improve CandleDojo.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and local storage for app preferences, attribution, and analytics session continuity. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

Your account and game data are retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
