1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CandleDojo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CandleDojo is an educational platform for practicing chart reading using historical market data. It is not financial advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans and Stripe billing are not currently available. CandleDojo does not charge users while payments are paused. If paid plans launch later, pricing, billing cadence, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before checkout; questions can be sent to [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on CandleDojo is owned by or licensed to CandleDojo. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that historical scenario outcomes represent future market behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandleDojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
